Amendment to the Operating Agreement on the International Mobile Satellite Organization

Article XVII, paragraph (2) "Entry into Force",

is replaced with the following new text:

(2) This Agreement shall terminate either when the Convention ceases to be in force or when amendments to the Convention deleting to the Operating Agreement enter into force, whichever is earlier.
